Pre-Commitment Counseling

There are thousands of tools and resources for creating the most beautiful wedding, but what about a beautiful marriage? Premarital counseling and education is one of the best investments a couple can make in their relationship. Sessions are tailored to the needs of each couple, and incorporate results from the PREPARE/ENRICH assessment, which highlights the strength and growth areas of the couple currently.

Pre-Parenthood Counseling

The transition to becoming a parent is one of the most exciting and unknown adventures you will take on as a couple. In pre-parenthood counseling, we explore ways to support your relationship, support each individual, and how to adjust to the changes that come as a family. With evidence-based training from the Gottman Bringing Baby Home program, we work together to grow your awareness and skills for the adventure ahead.

I have been working with the Deaf and HOH community for over fifteen years first as an interpreter, and now as a psychotherapist. In therapy, I am incorporate both my understanding of Deaf culture and experience with my therapeutic knowledge as a therapist. I enjoy seeing clients who use sign language and helping them reach their goals personally and in their relationships.
